Terms of service

Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by Marinet Ltd.. Specific projects are additionally governed by the signed proposal or service agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.
Licenses
Software such as the CMS, PMS, booking engine and channel manager is licensed, not sold. Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable and valid while subscription fees are paid.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of rates, availability, content and imagery you publish, for keeping user credentials secure, and for compliance with tourism and consumer legislation applicable to your property.
Fees and payment
Setup fees, subscriptions and media budgets are invoiced as agreed in the proposal. Late payment may lead to suspension of services after written notice.
Availability
We target high availability and monitor our platforms continuously, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside peak hours where possible.
Intellectual property
Custom design and content produced for your property is licensed to you upon full payment. Underlying platforms, frameworks and code libraries remain our property or that of our partners.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings caused by third-party channels.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, with the courts of Athens having exclusive jurisdiction.
