Who we are
Marinet Ltd. provides websites, booking technology and digital marketing services for hotels. We act as data controller for our own website and as data processor for data handled on behalf of our hotel partners.
Data we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, hotel, email, phone, message), technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, and analytics data collected with your consent.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals, provide and support our services, keep our systems secure, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates about hotel technology.
Legal basis
Consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, contract performance for services you have engaged us for, and legitimate interest for security and service improvement.
Sharing
We share data only with processors required to deliver the service (hosting, email, analytics, payment providers) under data processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months, contractual records for as long as required by Greek tax law, and analytics data for 14 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time by emailing sales@marinet.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
